1. Website purpose

This website presents SuniDMI services, portfolios, educational material, project examples and contact/booking pathways. Information on the site is general and may change.

2. No automatic service agreement

Submitting an inquiry, booking request or project form does not by itself create a final photography or software services agreement. Scope, price, schedule, deliverables, usage rights, cancellation terms and other project-specific terms should be confirmed in a separate written agreement.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, SuniDMI branding, original website design, original graphics, case-study presentation and SuniDMI-created content are intended to remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.

4. Portfolio and example content

Case studies may include placeholders, concept visuals or approved examples. Do not interpret placeholder examples as claims about a real client, metric, project result or endorsement.

5. Website availability

The website may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn without guarantee of continuous availability. Production contracts should define any actual service-level commitments for software projects.

6. External services

If the website later links to or embeds scheduling, payments, authentication, maps, analytics or other third-party services, those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices.

7. Governing law / disputes

Insert attorney-approved governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution and limitation language appropriate to the legal entity and actual business operations before launch.

Add the production business contact information and legal entity name before launch.
