1. Information we may collect
When production forms are connected, SuniDMI may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as name, email address, telephone number, project or session details, preferred date/time, location or meeting preference, and message content. A future client portal may also process account or access information.
2. How information may be used
- Respond to inquiries and booking requests.
- Provide photography or AI/software services.
- Coordinate scheduling, project delivery and client support.
- Maintain business records and improve services.
- Meet legal, security and fraud-prevention obligations where applicable.
3. Texas privacy considerations
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) applies to certain businesses that conduct business in Texas or provide products/services consumed by Texas residents and process personal data. The Texas Attorney General notes that qualifying small businesses are generally exempt, except for a consent requirement before selling sensitive data. Applicability depends on the actual business and processing activities.
4. Children
This general-audience site is not intended to collect personal information directly from children under 13. If the site is directed to children under 13, or if SuniDMI has actual knowledge it is collecting personal information from a child under 13, COPPA obligations may apply, including notice and verifiable parental consent requirements.
5. Cookies, analytics and third parties
The current static prototype does not define production analytics or advertising practices. Before adding analytics, advertising pixels, embedded scheduling, payment, cloud storage or authentication services, update this policy to name the categories of providers and explain the data uses that actually occur.
6. Retention and security
Production practices should retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated business purpose, legal obligations and legitimate recordkeeping, and should use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled.
7. Requests and contact
Add the production privacy contact email and process for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests that apply to the business.
8. Official reference notes
This draft was informed by official guidance current at the time of drafting. Review current law before launch.
